Vardan Aramyan Received Frans Weekers, Member of the EBRD Board of Directors
On September 5, the RA Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan received Frans Weekers, member of the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The meeting highlighted the effective cooperation between Armenia and the EBRD.
Minister Aramyan highly appreciated the assistance provided to Armenia by the EBRD, particularly, the assistance aimed at reforms of procurement sphere and at state-private sector cooperation.
The Minister also offered F. Weekers to discuss the opportunities of enhancing the directions of the EBRD’s assistance in terms of reforms carried out in Armenia. The parties expressed willingness to make continuous efforts in the future as well to develop their partnership.
