On August 13, a meeting was held at the government offices under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to review the execution of the Republic of Armenia’s state budget for the first half of 2024.
The report on budget execution was presented, detailing the current macroeconomic developments for 2024, the fundamentals of effective budget implementation, and areas for improving planning processes. The report also covered projects related to budget reallocation and allocations from the RA government’s reserve fund.
Participants in the consultation discussed the report, providing feedback on various issues. It was emphasized that the execution of the state budget met the expected standards, with appropriate management of planned capital and current expenditures, and the implementation of key government priority programs.
