The Licensing Agency of the staff of the RA Ministry of Finance registers the persons who apply for carrying out activities subject to notification defined by the RA Law “On Activity Implementation Notification”.
The entities having the right to carry out the types of activities subject to notification may implement those activities in 5 working days after submitting the notification if the right for the activity subject to notification is not rejected according to the order defined by the RA Law “On Activity Implementation Notification”.
