The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden to the Republic of Armenia Ulrik Tidestrom.
Minister Janjughazyan presented to the Ambassador the priorities of the RA Government program and the agenda of reforms. He highlighted the commitment of initiatives to increase economic growth potential and capacity building in the context of effective implementation of programs. The Minister also referred to the ongoing reforms in the field of public finance management, the logic of fiscal rules, changes in the tax field, as well as public debt management and creation of favourable and equal conditions for business environment.
Ambassador Tidestrom expressed readiness to contribute to the expansion of cooperation in a number of areas. The development of cooperative relations in both public and private sectors was mutually emphasized.
