By the instruction of the RA Prime Minister, a meeting with the representatives of a few SNCOs under the RA Ministry of Culture was held at the RA Ministry of Finance. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan, the Minister of Culture Lilit Makunts, the First Deputy Minister of Finance Karen Brutyan and other officials responsible for the sphere.
During the meeting, it was discussed the RA Government Decision on Approving the Budget Execution Procedure and Declaring a Number of Decisions of the Government of the Republic of Armenia to be Void. According to the Decision, payments of the sub-accounts of state non-commercial organizations (SNCOs) should be implemented from a single treasury account.
The specialists presented the purpose of the change and the treasury's service order, highlighted its advantages. Clarifications were given in regard to the SNCOs' concerns and the proposed regulations were presented.
