In the framework of the RA Prime Minister's recommendation to continuously improve the procurement system, the RA Ministry of Finance has initiated regular process of making changes in legal acts regulating procurement relations.
Highlighting the involvement of customers in the mentioned process, during the past two weeks, on the initiative of the Deputy Minister of Finance Avag Avanesyan and the Head of Procurement Policy Department Sergey Shahnazaryan, working meetings were held with the representatives of the RA state bodies.
During the meetings, the possible problems and difficulties related to awarding and performing the contracts necessary for the implementation of the priority projects envisaged by the government program and the state budget were discussed for the purpose of responding to them in the framework of methodological support and organizing the procedures under the defined conditions.
