- On 5 March 2025, the Republic of Armenia successfully allocated a USD 750 mln 10-year Eurobond with a 7.100% yield in international markets.
- The coupon of the new Eurobond is 6.750%.
- This is the 5th Eurobond issued by the Republic of Armenia.
- The issuance is made pursuant to the 2025 State Budget Law and is included in the 2025 Borrowing Plan.
- The net proceeds of the issue of the Eurobonds will be applied to general governmental purposes.
