Today, on March 21, a working meeting was held at the Ministry of Finance with a delegation led by Iva Petrova, the head of the Armenian mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
The RА Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan, the RA Deputy Ministers of Finance Avag Avanesyan, Eduard Hakobyan and other representatives of the ministry, as well as permanent representative of the IMF in Armenia Mehdi Raisi and other officials of the IMF were present at the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the summary results of the current mission to review the implementation of Armenia's reserve program with the IMF. Reference was also made to the current situation of implementation of the structural benchmarks provided by the program and the inclusion of possible new benchmarks.
The parties emphasized ensuring the continuity of active interaction.
