Today, on September 1, the RA Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan met with Nicholas Jacob Schermers, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Armenia, on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic mission.
Minister Hovhannisyan highly appreciated the cooperation with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, emphasizing that the role of Ambassador Nicholas Schermers, in the partnership and relationship formed between the two countries, is invaluable. Vahe Hovhannisyan also emphasized the importance of bilateral cooperation with the Netherlands within the framework of a number of financial structures.
Ambassador Schermers, in his turn, thanked for the effective cooperation and noted that the Netherlands is ready to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two countries' finance ministries. The ambassador also expressed hope that the cooperation, which is already on solid foundations, will further develop and become more comprehensive.
Vahe Hovhannisyan wished Ambassador Nikolas Jacob Schermers success in his future activities.
