In connection with the Women's Month, from March 15 to April 5, a meeting-discussion was organized for female employees of the Ministry of Finance on the topic of "Combination of modern life conditions and the qualities that define femininity" with Laura Petrosyan, Head of the Chair of Psychology and Politology of the PAARA, PhD in Psychology and Associate Professor, Graduated Gestalt Therapist.
The purpose of the meetings was to acquaint the participants with the features of preserving personal balance in modern conditions, developing them, making effective decisions, overcoming uncertain situations, as well as forming skills for overcoming stress and conflicts.
On the eve of Motherhood and Beauty Day was also held an event named as "Created by the Women employees of the RA Ministry of Finance", during which they performed their creations, presenting various branches of art (painting, needle working, beadwork and other handmades, poetry, author's works, etc.). The event was concluded by Karen Sargsyan, the Secretary General of the Ministry, with the ceremony of handing acknowledgements to the participants.
The series of events was summed up with a surprise given to female employees by the Senior Staff of the Ministry of Finance.
