On April 29, the RA Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan received Eugene Rhuggenaath, Executive Director representing the Constituency of Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Georgia, Israel, Moldova, Montenegro, The Netherlands, North Macedonia, Romania, and Ukraine.
The parties discussed the outcomes of the spring meetings of the IMF and World Bank Boards of Governors in Washington. The Minister expressed gratitude to the Executive Director for effectively representing Armenia's interests in the Board of Governors and for supporting Armenian perspectives in discussions on programs related to the country.
They discussed the progress and potential developments of World Bank-supported projects in Armenia, as well as ways to expand cooperation further, including the initiation of new projects.
They agreed to maintain their effective cooperation to achieve the stated objectives.
