The RA Minister of Finance, Vahe Hovhannisyan, received the delegation led by Iva Petrova, head of the IMF mission in Armenia, within the framework of summarizing the results of the 5th review of the reserve program of the International Monetary Fund.
During the meeting, the Minister referred to the details of the implementation of the structural benchmarks established under the reserve program supported by the International Monetary Fund.
The parties also discussed a number of important issues related to the draft Memorandum on "Economic and Financial Policy", and Minister Hovhannisyan presented to his colleagues the considerations and proposals of the RA Ministry of Finance regarding the draft.
The parties emphasized the importance of the reserve program in the implementation of monetary and structural reforms, valuing the continuity of bilateral cooperation and ensuring the further effective course of the program.
