The staff of the RA Ministry of Finance has a tradition according to which the Ministry's employees constantly ensure the transfer of new knowledge and abilities.
In this context, Karen Sargsyan, Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance, presented to the staff of Ministry "Leading Change: Executive Program for Business Managers " excerpts from the three-month course organized by Matena International School of Leadership and Professional Development.
The purpose of the presentation was to introduce the basic ideology of change management, as well as the effectiveness of usage the principle of project management.
