On September 15, the RA Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan received H.E Mr. Fukushima Masanori, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan.
Minister Khachatryan presented to the Ambassador the RA Government Program for the next five years and thanked the Government of Japan for its assistance to Armenia in various fields, especially in the field of healthcare.
During the meeting, both sides stressed the necessity of developing trade, economic and cultural cooperation in the context of warm relations between Armenia and Japan and discussed all the preconditions for that. The importance of activating economic and cultural ties between the two peoples was stressed.
Fukushima Masanori assured that he is committed to take appropriate actions to expand the Armenian-Japanese relations with great potential in different directions and to promote further development and strengthening.
