From February 8 to 9, the Procurement Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance of Armenia organized training courses in order to get acquainted with the details of the procurement process and acquire skills.
The training was mainly organized for the employees of different units of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, who are actively involved in the public procurement process announced for the implementation of capital programs stipulated by the RA State Budget.
Sergey Shahnazaryan, Head of Procurement Policy Department of the RA Ministry of Finance, presented the technical and substantial changes of the procurement plan, the subtleties of the procurement process.
Questions of the training participants were answered by Shahnazaryan.
It was also agreed to address the staff of the Procurement Policy Department of the RA Ministry of Finance in case of any questions or problems arising during the implementation phase.
