The RA Minister of Finance received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Poland to Armenia Pawel Cieplak and the members of the Supervisory Board of the Armenian Stock Exchange Mateusz Zawistowski, Zdzislaw Sokal, Pomas Stis and Michael Wolter.
Grzegorz Kucharski, a member of the Management Board of the Armenian Stock Exchange and the general director of the Stock Exchange, Hayk Yeganyan, took part in the meeting.
Welcoming the guests, Minister Hovhannisyan accentuated the high level of cooperation between the RA Ministry of Finance and the Armenian Stock Exchange.
The minister referred to the implemented programs and valued the necessity of bringing to life new initiatives.
It is planned to conduct, in particular, the implementation of the treasury bond exchange auction platform, as well as the improvement of the gp.minfin.am electronic system for retail sales.
The expansion and deepening of cooperation between the RA Ministry of Finance and the Armenian Stock Exchange aimed at the development of the domestic debt market of Armenia was emphasized on both sides.
