Today, the RA Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the Republic of Armenia Nariman Mohammed Sharif Almulla.
Upon welcoming the ambassador, Minister Hovhannisyan congratulated her on her position and noted that the ambassador is starting her work in Armenia during a period of active development in trade and economic relations between Armenia and the UAE. The minister also expressed confidence in the substantial potential for bilateral relations to further flourish.
In return, Ambassador Almulla thanked for the reception and emphasized that through her activities, she aims to contribute to the further enhancement of relations between the two countries and the effective utilization of their existing potential.
During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of new perspectives on cooperation. An agreement was reached to join efforts to implement the discussed ideas.
