The system of RA Medium-Term Public Expenditure Framework was introduced in 2003 and enshrined in law as an indivisible part of budgetary process. The development of medium-term expenditure framework is aimed at creating an opportunity of public sector financial recourses management in line with the medium-term fiscal objectives and policy priorities. The medium-term expenditure framework serves as a basis for the development of state budget draft.
