On September 6, the RA Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan received the delegation led by Mercy Tembon, the World Bank's Regional Director for the South Caucasus, Europe and Central Asia. During the meeting, Ms. Tembon introduced Sylvie Bossoutrot, the newly appointed Country Manager of the World Bank for Armenia. Sylvie Bossoutrot is the World Bank Country Manager for Armenia as of September 1, 2017. Ms. Bossoutrot has been working in the World Bank since 1998 holding the position of Country Sector Coordinator for Central Asia.
The RA Minister of Finance hoped that the collaboration with Ms. Bossoutrot would be productive and effective and would contribute to the strengthening and further development of the 25-year cooperation of the Republic of Armenia with the World Bank.
In the course of the meeting with the World Bank team, the sides also touched upon the current issues of bilateral cooperation.
