On 11 November, 2021, the RA Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan received the delegation led by Samvel Lazaryan, the expert of the Financial Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
In his speech, the Minister noted the importance of exchanging work experience between the Armenian and Russian partners and strengthening the already established relations, emphasizing that close cooperation with the Research Institute has been going on for more than five years, and a series of measures are currently planned to increase the professional capacity of the staff of both institutions.
The Russian representatives thanked the Minister for the warm reception and expressed their readiness to continue cooperation in the framework of issues of mutual interest, as well as they noted that this is a good platform for exchanging experience of Armenian and Russian specialists in the field and holding working discussions.
During the meeting the parties highlighted the opportunities for expanding cooperation, as well as reached an agreement to continue the dialogue on the agenda issues, at the same time supporting the development of the Armenian-Russian bilateral economic relations.
