The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Armen Hayrapetyan received the delegation of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) of the European Commission lead by Vassilis Maragos, Head of Unit of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus and Eastern Partnership, EC DG NEAR.
Highly appreciating the current EU-Armenia cooperation, the parties touched upon the process of implementation of the EU-supported programs in Armenia. The process of preconditions implementation of the EU budgetary assistance programs, in particular the implementation of the "Public Finance Policy Reform Programme in Armenia", was also discussed.
The European side expressed readiness to continue supporting Armenia's reforms in different spheres within the framework of EU assistance tools available to Armenia.
