Today, the RA Finance Minister, Vahe Hovhannisyan, met with Paolo Spantigati, the outgoing Director of ADB Armenia Office, as he completes his term of office. The meeting also included the newly appointed Director of the Office, Donald Lambert.
Vahe Hovhannisyan expressed his gratitude for the effective activities and close cooperation of Paolo Spantigati in Armenia. He also extended his best wishes for success in Paolo Spantigati's future endeavors.
Minister Hovhannisyan congratulated Donald Lambert on his appointment as the Director of the ADB Armenia office and conveyed his confidence in the continuation of the established effective cooperation with the ADB. He also expressed hope that the number of projects to be implemented in various directions with ADB would expand.
Thanking for the warm welcome, Donald Lambert reaffirmed ADB's commitment to strengthening and deepening bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged ideas on the current programs implemented with the ADB and discussed issues related to increasing the effectiveness of their implementation.
