The Ministry of Finance, international development organizations, as well as civil society representatives and other stakeholders held a conference today.
The following issues were discussed during the conference:
further work on organizing of the assessment of the Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA);
mid-term priorities of the Government's fiscal and debt policies;
spending priority directions defined in the Government's medium-term expenditure plan;
in accordance with the latter, the procedures of bilateral work on possible projects to be implemented with external financing in the future.
A number of other issues related to the parties’ interests were also discussed.
The RA Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan, Deputy Ministers Eduard Hakobyan and Vahan Sirunyan as well as other participants invited to the forum made speeches during the event.
The representatives of the RA governmental bodies were also present at the event.
