For the third consecutive year, the Human Resources Association of Armenia, in collaboration with Grant Thornton Armenia, has launched the #հայrate campaign. The campaign's objective is to pinpoint appealing employers within the Armenian market, particularly among students.
About 1,000 students from Armenia's leading universities participated in the initiative, expressing their opinion and naming the most attractive employer of 2023, regardless of the field of activity.
The RA Ministry of Finance has been participating in the initiative for the 3rd year. Based on the results of 2021 and 2022, the Ministry was not included in the list of employers, according to the interviewed students. This year, making great progress, the Ministry of Finance was recognized as the 24th best and most attractive employer.
The Ministry has identified the involvement of young personnel as a priority and is actively engaged in intensive work with the leading universities of Armenia to replenish its personnel base.
The Ministry of Finance responds with great enthusiasm to the students' expressed interest and will continue the adopted personnel policy within the scope of its powers.
