On August 12, the RA Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan received Paolo Spantigati, Country Director for Armenia of the Asian Development Bank.
Minister Tigran Khachatryan welcomed the guest, emphasizing that the Asian Development Bank has a wide range of cooperation programs with the RA Government in various areas.
The Minister noted that the RA Ministry of Finance is interested in the fact that the various projects implemented by the Government have quality content and effectively serve the development of the economy.
Tigran Khachatryan also expressed confidence that the cooperation with ADB will contribute to the work carried out within the Government new program.
Paolo Spantigati, Country Director for Armenia of the Asian Development Bank, first congratulated Tigran Khachatryan on his appointment as Minister of Finance, and then expressed readiness to continue working together.
The meeting participants discussed issues related to the ADB-supported programs and further cooperation in various fields.
