The budgetary system of the Republic of Armenia is composed of the state budget and community budget. The government is responsible for the formation of the draft state budget, and community leaders are responsible for the formation of the draft community budget. Budget drafts are formed in accordance with the RA Government activities, medium term expenditure framework, as well as community development programs.
The state budget is approved by the RA Parliament.
