How to Get a License for Casino Organization?
The license for organization of casinos is implemented in accordance with the laws of the RA "On Licensing", " On State Duties”, «On Gambling ,Internet Gambling and Casinos”, and Decree 1164-N of the GoA "On Gambling , Internet Gambling and Casinos” adopted on July 29, 2004.
The license for the organization of gambling and casinos is issued for an indefinite term, . The license is provided within 23 working days after filing in of all the required documentation, and is based on the opinion issued by the Commission on Licensing Lotteries, Internet Gambling ,Gambling and Casinos.
To receive a license, the applicants should submit the application form and other required documents to the Ministry of Finance of RA. The documents can be submitted electronically in accordance with the Decision N 1283 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dating back to September 24, 2010.
According to the law of RA “On State Duties” the annual fee for the license to organize gambling in the following cities is as follows .
Tsakhkadzor AMD 180 000 000, Sevan AMD 150 000 000, Jermuk AMD 100 000 000, Meghri AMD 35 000 000, in other places the fee will be AMD 5 500 000 000.
To receive a license for the organization of gambling in Tsakhkadzor the applicant has to pay to the State Treasury account number 900005061149, in Sevan 900005061156, in Jermuk 900005061164, in Meghri 900005061172,for other places to the account N 900005061180,
The applicant is not obligated to submit to the licensing authority a document confirming the payment.
Rules for gambling games are set by the RA GoA decision 66 -N on “ Confirming applicable rules for the gambling games in RA. " adopted on January 24,2004

How to be Included in the List of Internal Audit Service Providers?
According to the RA Law article 13 5th point of the 4th part on Internal Audit, In order to be included in the list ,only those organizations can apply to the Ministry of Finance of RA ,which have at least 3 years of experience in internal or (and )external audit ,have at least 3 employees ,who ,in their turn ,meet the following criteria .
1.Have the qualifications of the public sector internal auditor of the Republic of Armenia.
2.Have at least 3 years of professional experience in internal and (or) external audit.
3.They do not collaborate with other internal and external audit service providers.
In order to be included in the list, the organizations must present the following documents1. Application Form.
2.Information about 3 qualified employees who meet the above mentioned requirements and copies of Employment record book, employment contract and passport or ID
3.A reference on having at least 3 years of experience in internal or external audit.

How to be Included in the List of Qualified Internal Auditors ?
In order to be included in the list prescribed by the 5th point of part 4 in artice 13 of the RA Law On “Internal Audit”, those auditors who have at least one of the below mentioned qualifications can submit their applications :
1. Certified Internal Auditor- CIA), qualified as a result of exams conducted by The Institute of Internal Auditors` IIA in accordance with their educational standards ,
2. Qualified auditors who have passed at least 9 of the basic exams held by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
3. Auditors qualified by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy` CIPFAAttached to the application it should also be submitted

The license is provided within 23 working days (if necessary ,may be extended for another 23 working days )after filing in of all the required documentation, and is based on the opinion issued by the Commission on Licensing Lotteries, Internet Gambling games ,Gambling and Casinos.

The licensing of lotteries is implemented in accordance with the law of RA On "On Licensing" , "On State Duties”, "On Lotteries ” and Decree 987-N of the GoA "On Lotteries ” adopted on July 1, 2004.
The license for the organization of internet gambling games is issued for an indefinite term, . The license is provided within 23 working days (if necessary ,may be extended for another 23 working days )after filing in of all the required documentation, and is based on the opinion issued by the Commission on Licensing Lotteries, Internet Gambling games ,Gambling and Casinos.
To receive a license, the applicants have to submit the application form and other required documents ,verified by the GoA decree 987-N adopted on 01.07.2004 to the Ministry of Finance of RA. The documents can be submitted electronically in accordance with the Decision N 1283 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dating back to September 24, 2010.
The annual fee for obtaining lottery licensing is AMD 600 000 000
600 000 000 In order to obtain lottery licensing, the applicants have to pay to the State Treasury account number 900005162137 AMD 600 000 000 which will enable not to submit to the licensing authority a document confirming the payment.
